Shamli: A jeweller, who was returning to Panipat just after buying jewelry from Delhi, was robbed of Rs 10 lakh gold ornaments and his cellular cell phone by robbers who sedated him.
The semi-acutely aware jeweller managed to reach Panipat Sadar law enforcement station and narrated his ordeal. Later, police educated his relatives about the incident.
The target Lokesh Verma, a resident of Mohalla Sarvgyan, has a jewellery store in the regional market place. On Wednesday, Lokesh had long gone to Delhi’s Mahajani Current market to get jewelry.
About 8pm, he knowledgeable his brother Deepak Verma about his return from Delhi. An hour later on, Deepak experimented with to know wherever Lokesh attained but his phone was switched off.
Panipat SHO then contacted his Chandni Chowk counterpart and enquired about Lokesh but Delhi Law enforcement denied getting any information on the jeweller.

Lokesh’s household then still left for New Delhi on Thursday. On the way, the family been given a cellphone contact from Panipat SHO that the jeweller has arrived at the regional law enforcement station. The family then went to the police station.
Lokesh instructed law enforcement he had boarded a Roadways bus from Delhi to Panipat on Wednesday. Just one youth who was sitting down upcoming to him sedated him by earning him inhale a little something that produced him unconscious.
The robbers fled with his bag containing jewellery and phone.
The bus conductor deboarded Lokesh at Panipat bus stand. Afterwards, a regional shopkeeper educated law enforcement that a gentleman was lying there considering that 4am in the early morning.
