LAS CRUCES – The 2022 Sustainable Fulfilled Gala Vogue Show hosted by the Aggie Vogue Club will make its comeback at the NMSU Aggie Lounge in Corbett Center at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 7.
With a mission to upcycle, recycle, and make more sustainability, students place their abilities to the check and designed designs by using trash bags, shower curtains, newspapers, h2o bottles, donated cloth, and other objects.
“The vogue field has a background of contributing to some environmental challenges all close to the planet,” stated Kelley Coffeen, assistant professor in Loved ones and Buyer Sciences and co-advisor of Aggie Fashion Club. “We have landfills that are total of rapid-style clothes and not all the things is getting upcycled, recycled and going on to a new customer or shopper.
